The green subjects are areas that I am actively learning and improving upon. These are the skills that I see as key to future development and business solutions. SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, Flow & PowerBI are becoming incredibly powerful and are getting close to all most people will need. From a SharePoint development perspective, I see modern development projects utilising tools such as the SharePoint Framework, Node.js, Gulp, Yeoman, React, Angular, bootstrap, Office UI Fabric and other powerful front end frameworks as the future.

The grey subjects are areas that I am happy with my current level of attainment. Even though some of them are low, for example C#, I believe the future is cloud and client side development and that is what I am focusing my energies on.
